Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you submit through this Cappella Embassy page, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The page is operated by a registered real estate negotiator (REN 31739) with PropNex Realty Malaysia. It is not the developer's official website.
What we collect
- Your name, phone / WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Your unit interest, purpose, budget, preferred viewing time and any message you write.
- The date and time of your submission and the language you used on the page.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the brochure, prices and availability you asked for.
- To arrange viewings and follow up on your interest in Cappella Embassy.
- To tell you about similar properties, only if you agree. You can say no at any time.
Who can see it
Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google LLC provides the storage) and are seen only by the PropNex sales team handling this project. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat. We do not sell your data. We share it with the developer, a bank or a lawyer only when you ask us to, for example for a booking or a loan application.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you have become a client and the law requires us to keep records for longer.
Your choices and rights
Giving us your details is voluntary, but we cannot reply to your enquiry without a name and contact number. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time.

谁可以查看
您的资料保存在私人 Google 表格中（由 Google LLC 提供储存服务），仅供负责本项目的 PropNex 销售团队查看。若您选择通过 WhatsApp 联系我们，该对话受 WhatsApp 本身的条款约束。我们不会出售您的资料，只会在您要求时（例如订购或申请贷款）与发展商、银行或律师分享。
保存期限
询问资料将在最后一次联系后保存最多 24 个月，随后删除；若您已成为客户且法律要求保留更久，则依法保存。
您的选择与权利
提供资料属自愿性质，但若没有姓名和联系电话，我们将无法回复您的询问。您可随时要求查阅、更正或删除您的资料，或要求我们停止联系您。
